Marni has a long, unique history with Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera, the longest-running show in Broadway history. She became the thirteenth actress to be cast as 'Christine' in the Broadway production in Aug 2008. Since that time, she's played numerous engagements as both the Principal 'Christine' and the 'Christine' Alternate. On Broadway, she has played the role of 'Christine' over 750 times, making her the fifth longest-running 'Christine' in the production's history. Read more at The New York Theater Guide.

“The Phantom of the Opera” concluded the longest run in Broadway history Sunday night with a glittery final performance at which even the production’s signature chandelier, which had just crashed onto the stage of the Majestic Theater for the 13,981st time, got its own curtain call. The historic show's composer, Andrew Lloyd Webber, spoke after its emotional final performance.

The invitation-only crowd was filled with Broadway lovers, including actors who had performed in the show over its 35-year run, as well as numerous other artists (including Lin-Manuel Miranda and Glenn Close) and fans who won a special ticket lottery.
